The Topdanmark Group is a Danish financial services group whose parent company, Topdanmark A/S, is a public limited company listed on the Nordic stock exchange, Nasdaq Copenhagen.

Consequently, besides the rules of company and stock exchange law, the Topdanmark Group is subject to the provisions of the Danish Financial Business Act and the relevant orders and other rules.

Stock exchange law contains rules on, for example, disclosure requirements, ban on insider trading and price manipulation. See the relevant rules on Nasdaq Copenhagen.
