The CSR report 2017 offers an interesting insight into Topdanmark

How does Topdanmark view its societal role, what environmental and societal initiatives are there and what are the results? This can be found in the CSR report 2017 that has just been announced.

On Monday the 29th of January, Topdanmark announces its statutory CSR report for 2017. In here, one can read about Topdanmark’s environmental policy and CO2 reduction, the social perspective of concrete preventive initiatives, collaboration with stress scientists and initiatives for integration of refugees among other things. The report also describes organisational conditions as a result of efficiency improvements and outsourcing.

Why a CSR report?

The purpose of the report is to offer internal as well as external stakeholders an insight into Topdanmark that goes beyond the financial annual report.

“We experience an increase in the demand for non-financial information about Topdanmark among our stakeholders, such as media, NGO’s, but also customers and employees. It be information of environmental policies, numbers for CO2 reduction and the gender division of top management. The yearly CSR report gives a good insight into these aspects of Topdanmark,” says Pernille Fogh Christensen, CSR responsible at Topdanmark.
