Proactive referral of the customers

The partnership is firmly rooted locally and close to the customers to ensure that Nordea’s private, commercial and agricultural customers have access to advice in both banking and insurance matters. When the financial adviser goes over the finances and needs with the customer, the customer is proactively referred to Topdanmark for insurance advice either via telephone/online meetings, or meetings at the customer or at one of Nordea’s branch offices.  




An add-on to banking

From experience, we know that insurance is a positive add-on to banking, and our customer surveys confirm that Topdanmark plays a part in increasing the satisfaction of the Nordea customers. Nordea customers who are insured in Topdanmark are more satisfied with the bank than Nordea customers with another insurance company.
