Normally, we invite three to five candidates for a first interview. The manager of the department and a colleague from the department will attend the interview.
During the interview, you get a brief introduction to Topdanmark, the job and the scope and opportunities of the job.
You are given the opportunity to elaborate on who you are and the skills you possess. Furthermore, you and the manager agree on your salary, working hours etc. if you should get the job.
The second interview and tests
Subsequently, we invite two to three candidates for a second interview and a test. The test comprises a personality test and any other tests if relevant. An HR consultant and the manager will attend the second interview. The HR consultant reports the test results back to you, and you get the opportunity to elaborate and comment on the test results. Additionally, the opportunity is given to clarify any uncertainties about the job.
Before taking on new employees, we sometimes collect references from previous employers. We always only do this after having talked with you about it. It is the manager of the department, which needs a new employee, who decides who to employ.
