Health program for customers

In continuation of our special focus on health, we have a comprehensive health program for our customers. Here we help customers to a healthier life and better well-being both physically and mentally.

We have a special focus on the prevention of serious injuries and illnesses, but we also help when the injury has occurred, or the illness has occurred. Here we help to limit the extent of the injury or disease as much as possible - and we help ensure that our customers stay healthy and well.

The many efforts can come into play in relation to loss of earning capacity insurance, health insurance, occupational injury insurance and accident and liability insurance. We evaluate our efforts on an ongoing basis and can see that the efforts make a significant difference for our customers.




Health app

When our customers have two or more insurances with us, we offer free access to our Health aid app, Sundhedshjælp(Danish). This app provides free access to a Danish-speaking doctor every day between 6am – 9pm, no matter where in the world you are. Via the app, in addition to a video consultation, you also can get an independent medical assessment of a nuisance, a symptom or a diagnosis.
 
This app is an important element in strengthening the prevention of injuries and diseases. Sundhedshjælp has been very well received by our customers as 97% of the customers are satisfied or very satisfied with the app.

When we work with health, we do so based on Sustainable Development Goal 3.4 By 2030, early mortality due to non-communicable diseases must be reduced by a third through prevention and treatment, and mental health and well-being must be promoted.
